Your Guide to the 24-Hour Flat Stomach Meal Plan

Let’s get one thing straight first: it’s impossible to get six-pack abs.

That will take a lot more time, not to mention discipline. However, it is possible to get rid of the bloat you have in your belly and have a flatter stomach in 24 hours.

If you’ve tried ever diet possible out there but to no avail, then look no further. There are already countless blogs that have divulged the secrets to a flatter belly in just one day — from bathing in Epsom salt to skipping straws.

Our particular favorite though, are specific meal plans. The blog, Indian Beauty has come up with a very simple meal plan that will help you achieve a flatter stomach in 24 hours. Their main ingredients? Food high in ibers, protein, healthy fat and water

Here’s what they came up with.

Morning Snack: 1/3 cup raw, unsalted nuts and 1 orange. An alternative are celery sticks with 2 tsp. peanut butter.

Lunch:

  • 2 cups salad greens,
  • 1/2 diced cucumber,
  • 10 cherry tomatoes,
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots,
  • 1/2 an avocado or 1/2 mango or 1/2 guava,
  • 1 hard-boiled egg,
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds,
  • a squeeze of lemon and vinegar

Afternoon Snack: 1 cup yogurt with a dash of cinnamon powder or 1 cup of sliced cucumber topped with salt, pepper and 1 tsp. fresh cilantro.

Dinner:

  • 5 oz. grilled salmon
  • spinach sautéed in 1 tsp. olive oil and garlic,
  • roasted fennel
  • root vegetables

Eat foods like these everyday and you’ll be on your way to a permanent flat tummy that’s definitely Instagram-worthy!
