The 3 Week Diet

A $50 Week Meal Plan for A Family of Four

Not everyone is fortunate to eat luxuriously.

Others live the paycheck-to-paycheck lifestyle. On top of putting food on the table, many families have to pay for mortgages, monthly bills, tuition fees and credit card debts.

Despite hard times, it doesn’t mean you can’t feed your family healthy meals. Feeding yourself and your children bad food everyday is only going to make things worse.

The good news is real food is all around us. Even better news is they aren’t always expensive.

If you only have $50 to spare, then you’re in the right place. With a little help from Don’t Waste the Crumbs, here’s how you can feed a family of four for an entire week. Do take note that spices, snacks and dessert aren’t included in this list. There will always be leftovers you shouldn’t let go to waste.
