The 3 Week Diet

$170 2-Week Meal Plan for a Family of Five

The great divide has caused a lot of families to resort to unhealthy eating.

Most of us aren’t privileged to have high-paying jobs. Worse, others have barely enough money to feed their families the right way.

As food prices continue to rise, it’s become more challenging to eat well. However, it doesn’t mean it’s not possible. More people are becoming creative and careful in planning their meals. Despite limited budget, these people are able to come up with meals that are flavorful and won’t burn deep in the pocket.

Only have less than $200 to spare for the next two weeks on food? Don’t sweat it. Ally’s Sweet & Savory Food came up with a brilliant two-week meal plan for a family of five for just $170.

Take note that some ingredients don’t have prices because they’ve been used in previous recipes. Furthermore, this budget plan takes into account leftovers and sometimes, family members being out for the night. Oh and we do need pizza night too!
